No customer service even though we have both insured with them for some years !
They constantly charge for non return of monthly payment agreement when it's been in place for years
Now we have changed cars and they can not insure the new Classic Car we have to pay £75 for cancellation which would not be applicable if they could insure our new car and £26 last months premium !
£101 for nothing and no help with payments !
