I cant really comment here about stuff. Initial customer service when selling me the insurance over 12 months ago was good and Ive not had to make a claim so no idea how good that service is. Auto renewal worked fine although I am baffled as to why my premium went up by 50% when I've made no claims. An explanation for that would have been nice, had it been included in my renewal paperwork.
