Simple to use website.had to change direct debit dates a few times due to employer changing payment dates and could do so easily.
Auto renew takes hassle out off looking for other quotes elsewhere.although loyal customers could be incentivised with a lower monthly payment as if I shopped around I’d find it cheaper elsewhere.not a problem with budget in over 6 years insuring with them.
