I found budget insurance to be more competitive after being with SAGA several years where the prices kept going up and up every year. Upon renewal , I was sent a renewal notice which unfortunately was higher to what I could get online. I phoned the company and spoke to customer services and discussed the quote on line being cheaper. After careful consideration , I was given a cheaper renewal price but the letter sent to me afterwards quoted a different price. I again phoned the customer services and this was reviewed and I was given a better renewal premium. The end result was good but if possible , I would ask the Budget management to look at the process for renewing and retaining existing customers as well as trying to get new customers . Thank you.
