VERY DISSATISFIED. Unfortunately you would not negotiate at all over the price quoted. You substantially charged me more money than last year, despite my not having made any claims whatsoever. I am very unhappy with this position, although I did renew with you as I found it too daunting to attempt to swap to another company. Having said that, and the fact that I have TWO cars insured with you, I will probably make the effort next year and switch to another insurance ‘broker’. Not happy at all.
