Your first quote was very high, but when I pointed this out your representative found a quote around £100 cheaper within about 5 minutes.
Why don't you do this research BEFORE giving your first quote. Second quote was still £20 more than elsewhere, but I couldn't be bothered with all the effort required to change so I stuck with you. NOT BRILLIANT
