Failed to give any notice of automatic renewal. "ILLEGAL" I received a text 3 days after the renewal had taken place and then was charged £30 cancellation fee. Refunded after 3 days of complaining and being lied to by telephone enquiry staff. Appalling experience.
You may think I agreed to automatic renewal which I did not. When you fill out the online form you are forced to accept automatic renewal or go elsewhere. My advice is go elsewhere.
