I've been with Budget insurance for many years & had never claimed till 2033 wehen we had an awful escape of water in our dining room from a botched plumbing job by previous owner. The claim was dealt with in a fantastic, professional & sympathetic manner & this is always a measure of how good a company when you need them most. Our premiums have always been very affordable & even though they went up a little for this year which is understandable we have no intention of going anywhere else for our buildings & contents cover.
