Had to ring to get a renewal at a decent price (as is usual for all insurance companies). After ringing there was no online or mailed confirmation of the new price, so had to ring again to get verbal confirmation, and they don’t update the renewal offer letter.
Having to ring to cancel the continuous payment authority on my card is a nuisance. CPA’s always feel like the company is trying to obtain money by stealth.
