Strongly advise anyone who is thinking of using this car insurance company not to use them.
They do not stand by the policies they provide you with when you have an accident , nor do they give you a proper explanation to any of you question or queries.
They have caused me nothing but upset and distress leaving me to deal with cost by myself and prosecuting the third party alone. Resulting in me placing a complaint with the financial ombudsman.
