this company is disgusting , i took out a policy online , but never signed the agreement nor did i sign the so called credit agreement as i still have it in my draw , i only remembered when i came to clearing out my draws and found all my information , i logged on to the online account and cancelled the so called agreement. a few days later this sham of a company send me a letter saying they want £77 cancellation fee .
i called the company and spoke to Joseph, who decided to keep me on hold for well over 20 mins , so i hung up and spoke to another person called Kieron , seemed helpful , and got me a manager (Richard spencer), who advised me infact i did sign the agreement and also accepted there extremely hard to understand T&C'S ,
he then proceeded to ask why i had only just decided to call , when i explained my reasons behind why i hadn't contacted them sooner due to illness and a bereavement , he then advised well there is nothing i can do , i asked them to either send me a signed agreement where i have signed or a DB mandate all of which this fraudulent company do not have , and yet they think they are perfectly within there rights to take my money , i have advised them i want a closure letter and i will take it up with the ombudsman , who have already agreed i will get my money back .
