I complained that my insurance had gone up despite the devaluation in my vehicle & the lower mileage I attained. Budget reimbursed me a small sum which was well appreciated. Shame this wasn’t done from the beginning of the renewal - I guess it’s just the world we live in today with ever competing companies.
