My insurance went up a lot on renal renewal this year and I'd had an accident which didn't help.
I checked on comparison sites and most quotes were the same so I rang Budget and explained my situation and we managed to get the price down, not a lot but it was more affordable.
My accident claim was dealt with satisfactorily so I didn't see the point in changing companies and "better the devil you know".
So I'm happy and avoided the hassle of change
