Paid for insurance over the phone on renewal then was told a later payment could not be taken whic my bank dismissed as not happened.
Along with that they asked for a failed payment amount for £20 & there letter stated that £206 + the £20 fine I owed £206! Clearly they can’t add up & run an insurance company.
The cheapest insurance usually means the most hassle NEVER AGAIN
