We will never use Budget again. After offering my own car insurance to the worker, he said that he did not need it and proceeded to charge me over $250 for their insurance. Our car was filthy, sticky, and smelled. We paid over twice as much as everyone else who rented a car on our family vacation. When we called to complain afterwards we had to call several times before talking to anyone about our concerns.
