I'm not happy with the service I got at budget and I won't recommend it to anyone. I lodged a claim and Firstly the communication was bad, I have to always be the one doing follow ups, they don't bother giving any updates until I call to ask. Secondly they took me from pillar to post when they have to repair my car, they send me list of panel beaters to check if they can help me or get my own panelbeaters of my choice, when bringing the quotation they complain, in short they just happy to take our money but when they have to repair/pay, you will be taken up and down. They don't care about their customers and not even afraid to loose a customer
