I think my policy has gone up so much it’s ridiculous, tried speaking to someone on the phone they wasn’t really interested, also tried to change my payment details and found it hard going , eventually I did change my card details . I then paid it all off . Not the end ,I got a letter asking me to pay , also emails saying I haven’t paid , I ignored them I checked my account and you have received my payment .
I have been with budget for years , but I feel this year it has changed not for the best unfortunately .
