Despite refusing automatic renewal, you went ahead and renewed my van Policy, depriving me of nearly £900 and I am still waiting for a refund, due to your obsession with AI and I wouldn't recommend Budget to my worst enemy!!!!! To make matters worse I don't even own the van anymore, which DVLA will verify.
