Over the last two years the policy price has doubled and I don't seem to have as much cover, despite being a customer for nearly 20 years and never making a claim.
On top of this I can't seem to figure out how to cancel the policy without incurring an unfair fee.
I haven't wanted to continue with this since the price doubled but the policy automatically renews and it shouldn't. I should be informed that my policy is about to end, with at least a month notice and then asked if I wanted to renew it or not.
At the moment I don't get a choice in the matter and I feel this is wrong
