Two years ago at the time of renewal of my policy I was shocked at a massive rise in the premium.However, I spoke to one of your representatives and advised him that my circumstances had not changed and no claims had been made.He. . was most helpful and arranged a mutually acceptable figure. This year I was amazed to find my premium had reduced slightly.Many thanks I would recommend your company to anyone
