Disgusted in getting charged £25 for a missed payment. Which was down to having my card stolen and having a new one issued with a different no.
£25!!! For one email. which I then phoned up and paid as soon as I received it. Will not be renewing with this company. Appalled that I have to pay £25 its a lot!!
