Diabolical customer service! Any communication between myself, Budget and their independant inspectors was initiated by myself. Neither were aware of reports being sent, conversatioms recorded, payments discussed etc. I was asked to pay excess of £350 14 days after the payment had cleared from my account. Apparently they were not aware I had already paid on the date they asked me to.
Yet again my initiated call brought this to light. Im still waiting for a verified payment..... AVOID
