Without any notification from my previous insurer, O2, my car insurance was automatically renewed and full payment was taken from my account, which was at least 60% more than it should of been!
Contacted Budget the same day and was assured my insurance had been cancelled and I would receive a full refund. A week later no sign of my refund so called again! A full refund has been promised...
If this doesn’t happen within the next 2-3 days I will be contacting my bank!
