I called up in 2016 about another driver scatching my car with his. Turned out to be a scuff and buffed out, both parties dropped the claim, nothing was paid out.
Churchill still placed it as a non-fault claim with instructions which has increased my premium by 10-20% for the past 5 years!!!!!!
Seems like being completely honest costs immensely. I've now blacklisted churchill from my list of insurers for life!
