Although they have been very good on communication and customer service there is one character which is lacking.
Due to the pandemic, most motorists are driving less miles, myself included.
Although I could ask for a discount, I don't feel the onus is on me to apply for it.
Other companies including Admiral have automatically given refunds which will be a major marketing tool for potential customers.
Churchill are aware the risk of claims will be reduced so why is this not reflected with even a token discount ?
