My car had slight damage following an accident. Made some enquiries to customer service who sent out documents and asked for photos of damage etc. Documents were returned to Churchill straight away but hadn't heard anything within a few weeks so emailed numerous times for an update - my emails were completely ignored. When I did get through to customer services by phone, they hadn't even opened my email attachment with photos - this was nearly 3 months after the incident. Not impressed.
