I have tried about 3 or 4 times to get advice from Churchill on-line, all to no avail. I have also written and posted a letter to the Company some weeks ago and still have had no acknowledgement from Churchill or an answer to my question; this over 3 months! Their customer care speaks for itself with regard to my complait.
