I bought a new car so I had to alter my policy. When I bought the policy I got through immediately and spoke to an agent in the UK. When I changed the policy it was to someone in India. It was like pulling teeth. She asked the same questions repeatedly and clearly was reading from a script. I could hardly understand what she was saying because of her poor English language skills. It wasn't her fault personally but Churchill give the impression they're a UK company, this only applies when you buy a policy. I would hate to make a claim if this is the level of customer care they offer, If I did have an accident in my car, leaving the car at the roadside and walking away would be preferable than calling them and put myself through that again. I'll not use Churchill again.
