Had a windscreen claim - we all know that its normally Autoglass, but the claims page gives the windscreen number as the main claims number - you call it then it tells you to call Autoglass and gives the proper number!! Their number then tells you you have to register your claim on line!!
Churchill booklet needs to tell you how all this and avoid all the faffing around.
