I was extremely impressed with knowledge of the person who organised my insurance. I had suffered a hit and run accident just as lockdown started. This had taken a long time to settle due to COVID. I was awaiting the return of my NCB so until this had settled my insurance premium was higher than normal. I paid this and when final settlement had been completed a few weeks later I then received the refund promised.
