In July 2021, I was involved in a very minor road accident with another motorist. I contacted my insurance company, Churchill, and despite providing photographs and a written statement, it seems they were quite happy to accept the dishonest and extortionate claim from the third party and then refuse to complete promised telephone calls to myself.
It seems to be easier to load the premiums of future insurers than investigate matters properly, but not me as I have now gone elsewhere. NOT RECOMMENDED until Churchill actually provide a proper level of Customer Service.
