Sorry I had to give you one star I did not want to give any. I tried to contact you today for over 1 hour on hold for over 30 minutes on the phone then again on your so called virtual assistant . Both a complete dogs dinner no wonder you have a dog as a mascot. You have plenty of links to carry on with your insurance and do things on line, all I wished to do was to cancel my policy. Reason is that you did not fully insure me for traveling abroad.
Absolute mess and waste of time.
