Long Wait Times and Unacceptable Extra Fees
Tried to cancel my policy online but it wasn't allowed. Had to call them to cancel. Waited 38 minutes on hold. Got through and cancelled my policy for a £53.76 admin fee. The total call length with the representative was 2 minutes and 16 seconds. A huge waste of time and money for a simple task. Wouldn't recommend or choose again.
