Whilst trying to obtain a quote to update my car insurance due to changing my car I had an e-mail chat with one their customer support team. Very informative and as helpful as could be. As I wanted to confirm a few things before proceeding with the changes the gentleman gave me an option of a phone call or he could do it for me. I preferred to call someone so he offered me the call centre number which I called. My car insurance change was dealt with inside 10 minutes.
