Would not go near them. A semi-truck hit my car last year, they admitted fault. AXA (the lorrys insurer) admitted fault and paid the claim in full. However, Churchill left the claim open for a further 6 months plus and then when they finally closed it after repeated calls from myself, they closed it as a FAULT claim.
Useless, stay well away.
