Called to receive NCB proof as it's not readily available on the app!!
25 minutes waiting on the phone then finally discussed NCB Proof required. Not able to email. Can only be sent via post or it can go to the app after 24 hours - very slow compared with other insurance who and can send it within a moments notice!!
