Car Insurance - took over 25% of annual premium (no refund) when cancelling 3 1/2 months before renewal. Lesson - don't use Churchill for car insurance or pay monthly.
House Insurance - About 40% more expensive to renew with Churchill than to go elsewhere. Lesson - don't use Churchill. It seems a case of cashing in on inertia.
