All fine, until you need them. Inclusive breakdown cover is a farce, and they do not clearly make customers aware that it is only valid for a year, nor that there is no home pickup option. It's all there I suspect, in font 4 on page 45 of a 100 page booklet...
My recommendation: Either invest a couple of hours of time reading and committing the document to memory, or avoid. We will not be using them again.
