Made a claim today and was told my courtesy car should be brought today and mine taken for repairs.come three o'clock still no sign of anyone. Called churchill who told me that their system hadn't notified them of a delay and if I hadn't called then they wouldn't have known. Now I have no car to get to work and their response was that it "wasn't their problem"
I won't be using them again.
