I am extremely disappointed with Churchill Insurance.
The way they handled my complaint was unacceptable—slow, unhelpful, and dismissive. I felt ignored throughout the process, and the outcome was completely unsatisfactory. I will not be renewing my policy when it expires, and I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this company.
In my experience, Churchill is the worst insurance company I’ve dealt with in the UK. I will be escalating my complaint to the Financial Ombudsman. Avoid if you value good customer service.
