I don’t even want to leave a one star review 😡 Had a minor ding a couple of weeks ago 19th August 2025. Cars duly collected by local garage. Garage very helpful and then told me my car was a write off due to it not being financially viable to be repaired. In all this time, NOTHING, from the insurers. Nothing. No emails. Nothing. My car is delivered back and the driver of the flat bed told me why, I heard it not from my insurers, but from the driver of the lorry?!! Ffs?! Inpossible to get through thanks to the automated service, wait ages, get through to a non English speaking person who knows absolutely nothing about my claim status. Still waiting for a valuation. Still waiting to be told in writing my car is a write off. TRULY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD WITH AN INSURANCE COMPANY
