I was misinformed that I was not allowed to be the registered keeper of a vehicle with my son as the primary driver. The agent was very reluctant to escalate and kept shouting me down when I requested to talk to her line manager or supervisor. After 15 minutes on hold, she returned and informed me that she was mistaken and that we could continue with the quote. She was very surprised when I refused and insisted on being transferred to her line manager.
Not a pleasant experience, all in all.
