Car written off. Churchill dealt with me in an excellent manner. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful. Only drawback was that I was sent a cheque by 2nd class post which took over a week to arrive. The letter confirming the cheque had been sent was sent by 1st class post and arrived the next day. Really let Churchill down and feel that they should look at their methods again. In this day and age a bank transfer if requested would make much more sense.
