Telephoned to discuss home renewal Information supplied incorrect Cancelled policy on 9 June. By 21 June Churchill were about to take out payment on my credit card despite cancellation Phoned again Staff member very rude to me saying that there was no record of any phone conversations - '"I must have been mistaken in believing I had phoned". Basically called me a liar.
Churchill are clearly exploiting in my view people by renewing insurance by the back door,
