I found them very easy and pleasant to deal with. I have a maisonette where the freeholders do not deal with the insurance we tenants do. They made a quick call to their legal department who advised this was ok and they could insure me unlike my previous insurers who didn't seem to know what a maisonette was and kept insisting that the freeholders did the insurance.
