my husband passed away and I was still driving his old car, when I made alterations to policy I was charged a £26 admin fee. Even after asking customer care if they could waiver the fee was told no way. Car engine size gone down but policy shot up.would only let me pay over 2 months even though there are 4 months left. Costs went from £17 pm to £40 something. Will definatley be looking else where on renewal. Not a very understanding insurer.
