Had policy since November and still not received documents.
My car was hit and Churchill are REFUSING to acknowledge the accident details and IGNORING ALL CORRESPONDENCES.
Live chat is even useless. 1st person even tried to say I was not insured at all. (Fraud) ? Taking money and not opening policy. ? Solicitor and Ombudsman noe involved. Stay away from them.
