In regards to aftercase and claim handling, this insurance company really dropped the ball.
Everytime I called for an update I felt as though I was managing the claim myself. Actions were only taken when I prompted.
This is one of the main reasons why I have since cancelled my insurance. I wouldn't go with this company even if they were the cheapest quote offered.
