I have been with them several years, and with maximum NCB.
This year, the renewal premium was increased by over 20%.
Why?
They obviously do nor want me as a customer, so I have left, and joined Direct Line, at a significantly lower premium for the same policy.
Alas, they were not prepared to negotiate, customer loyalty is unimportant to them.
