Absolutely disgraceful company at handling claims..
Was hit by a drink driver in a hit and run, they arent authorising repairs as they believe it wasnt caused by the accident (the accident was in the middle of the night, which nobody saw and the man was drunk!! how can they determine this!!) Engineer was rude in expressing his concerns, basically calling me a liar.
Handled badly from start to finish, no communication have to constantly ring them for answers!!
